Prices

Half Day charge is £50.00 per person

Minimum charge £100.00 per half day

Full Day charge is £70.00 per person

Minimum charge £140.00 per full day

Terms & Conditions

All fees are to be paid in full, at least a month in advance, to confirm any booking.

In the event that the activity was to be cancelled by the client, with less than a months notice, no refund will be given. We will do our best to reschedule the activity, however, there may be additional charges for the rescheduled activity to cover additional costs incurred. (This will be discussed with the client so as to make sure that any additional costs are kept to a minimum.)

In the event where we cancel an activity, because of unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either:

• A complete refund, or

• The activity to be run by another provider on the date/s booked - any additional costs being met by ourselves, or

• A rescheduling of the activity, at no additional cost to the client.

Under The Influence of Drink or Drugs

In the event where the client/s arrive at the activity under the influence of drugs, medication, or are drunk or hung-over, we have a duty of care to the client/s & our insurers to act responsibly & cancel the activity. In such situations, no refund will be given. We may reschedule the activity, but additional costs will be incurred by the client.

Payment

Claire only accepts bank transfers.  Details of Claire’s bank account will be given to the client when they book.  Full payment confirms the booking.
